BILLING
Quarterly Members: Your quarterly subscription will be billed on date of purchase and your future shipments will be billed to your credit card on file on the 1st of December, March, June and September.
Annual Members: You will be billed on date of purchase and every 12 months thereafter until cancelled.

SHIPPING
All subscription boxes will begin shipping the first week of October, January, April, July starting with our Annual Groom Tote VIP Members.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
Quarterly Members: If updates are not requested by the billing date, we will automatically process your quarterly shipment to the credit card on file, with current membership information and ship your seasonal box on the stated ship date.
Annual Members: You will need to submit changes one day prior to renewal of your annual term.
